In Religion, we have been talking about God’s gift of creation, and the importance of caring for our environment. We learned how climate change was affecting the lives of people in Ethiopia, and how our actions can make a difference, no matter how small.
So, tonight for homework, each pupil in Primary 5/6 is being asked to do something practical to show how they can help look after the environment at home. They have to talk to an adult about what might need to be done - brush a path, empty the recycling bin, pick up some litter from near the house or follow another idea of their own.
