P3 & 4 enjoyed their Tuesday maths activities for Maths Week. The pupils played against the teacher the online PIG game. The class won🏆. Pupils from the P3 & 4 class then partnered up with the P5 pupils to play the table top game. They had great fun being competitive and used their adding skills to make the target 50 or 100. The class also had a go at solving a simultaneous equation working out the values of the emoji faces 😀🤣😏.
We will be learning about 2D and 3D shapes this week too. As an introduction to the topic the pupils worked collaboratively to play the Shape Memory game from www.mathsweek.ie on the interactive white board. Take a look at our photos…
