Primary 2 & 3 are currently learning about ‘Houses and Homes Here and in the Wider World.’ They have worked hard to make classroom displays after listening to the traditional stories of ‘The Three Little Pigs’ and ‘Hansel and Gretel.’ A pictograph was created and pupils can identify their house type and they know if they live in an odd or even numbered house. The pupils used chalk pastels to create their own lovely picture too. A recent problem solving activity encouraged them to work co-operatively to figure out the answers to an activity connected to this topic.
