As global leaders met in Glasgow last week for the COP26 conference pupils in school were encouraged to take part in five challenges using their knowledge of the water cycle and look at the changes we can all make in our daily lives to conserve water. The pupils in P4 & 5 teamed up in small groups and were asked to complete one challenge each. Every pupil worked together co-operatively and the final challenge revealed the secret message ‘water is precious.’ Hopefully our class will receive some water saving goodies for their tremendous effort.
